Chef Tom
Chef Tom was born and raised in Charlottesville. Tom studied classical French cuisine and pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in London receiving his Grand Diplome de Cuisine et de Patisserie in 2004 . Since that time, he has worked as a private and personal chef in the Charlottesville area.

Buckaroo Tim
Buckaroo Tim, also a Charlottesville native, has been a wannabe cowboy his whole life. Tim is in charge of the authenticity of the Chuck Wagon experience; hitching up the horses, setting up the camp, singing cowboy songs and writing cowboy poetry. He is finally living his dream and loving every minute.
