Buckaroo Cordon Bleu is very pleased to have been a partner with Ace Contracting to hold a benefit cookout and auction to support PACEM. People and Congregations Engaged in Ministry (PACEM) is an interfaith collaboration of congregations and community partners in Charlottesville. Our passion is to help the homeless find shelter at night, especially during the cold winter months. At Buckaroo Cordon Bleu, we look forward to more such chuck wagon events for such worthy causes.
